Just a genral gripe.

In the mood.

I'm in the mood to gripe.

And why not, well mainly because no one will come back. But......

My computer is playing up, it's because it's so old. It can't handle the amount of information it should be able to.

Any old page on the Net is now loaded with so much information.
I want to look at an article on bikini waxing (and who wouldn't) and there is five adverts with racing cars and everyone having fun, to much info.
But my poor computer is struggling carrying 6696634 gbh's of something or other, and the text is nowt.

Billy Brag.

Why should he come into my mind. I hate him, everything about him.
We are so intrinsically apposed. If he said it was black I would say it's Aluminium.
He a socialist enough said.

But it's much deeper than that. I'm not against working people, but I'm against people getting ripped off by savvy lazy people.

My biggest gripe on this is how certain jobs in England have become the Holy Grail.

If we go back say to 1970, just as a starter. The wages of a brick layer, car worker, the man who puts the drainage down on a new house, plasterer, electrician, plumber or any of those sort of jobs. They were well paid and that's fine.

If you compare these jobs with a health worker, a nurse, a teacher, a civil servant. People who now get the good pensions, the good conditions, they now have the best wages.

In Newcastle Upon Tyne council, there are over 100 people who get more than £100k, that is staggering.

A teacher gets £31k after 5 years, show me one brick layer that gets that.

A midwife gets (on average, with overtime) £45k, show me one car worker who gets that.

A head of department of Education gets £63k, show me one head of Engineering who gets that.

I know there are anomalies  yes a footballer sells himself for the best price possible, I know an artist or rock star sells high, but for fug sake, is a woman in charge of 3 civil servants that much better than a site Foreman? sorry we have lost our way, union power over everyone it seems.
