Home sweet home.

I'm back.

It was a great holiday. All my family around me, including my future in-laws. My daughter will be getting married next year.

The future Son - in -law phoned me up to ask if he could marry my daughter. I told him I was delighted.

He's such a nice boy (34ish). But as good as they come.

I'll post some photos soon as soon as I get them off the camera and phone.

Norfolk Broads.

It's a network of rivers and lakes on the flatest part of England. So it's slow rivers, big boats and lovely houses sitting on the river. You'll see off the photos.

As a family or friends sort of holiday it's the best.

My job on the boat was cleaner. I prefered to call myself the Hygene Officer, but yes I was the cleaner. My army training coming in very usefull.

We had a Captain, galley slave, a cabin boy, a fisher man and a passenger. It worked out well.

We did a bit of singing, I had taken the guitar and Mandolin. The point was I wanted to learn a few songs, that never happened, although we did half learn a song. To much distractions.

I'm of out tonight and have to catch the 6.25pm bus so I get to the meal in time, so I leave it hear and fill you in later.

Good night.
